What is your cancellation policy?At K and R Entertainment, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours for the inflatables and speaker or 48 hours for the PhotoBooth before the scheduled event. However, if you cancel after the alloted time, you will be charged the full rental cost, with the exception of the speaker. We encourage you to notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and equipment reservations.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?We understand that weather can be unpredictable and we will work with you to come up with a plan that ensures the safety and enjoyment of your guests. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are concerned about inclement weather.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book with K and R Entertainment?Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date and equipment. The amount varies on the rental. The remaining balance is due anytime prior to or on the day of your event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, please read the cancellation policy.

Do you offer delivery, set up, and take down services?Yes, we do! At K and R Entertainment, we understand that planning a party can be stressful, which is why we offer delivery, set up, and take down services for all of our party rentals. Our team of professionals will arrive at your event location, set up all of the equipment, and ensure everything is functioning properly. After your event, we will take care of the tear-down and removal of all equipment, leaving you with nothing to worry about. Let us handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying your party

Do you charge a delivery fee for your rental equipment?We offer free delivery within a 25-mile radius of Topeka, Ks. For locations beyond the 25-mile radius, please contact us to inquire about the delivery fee price. We strive to provide affordable rental services and want to ensure you have a stress-free experience when working with K and R Entertainment.

All of our inflatables and 360 photo booth are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a industry-standard sanitizer after each use. What is the rental time requirement for K and R Entertainment services?For our inflatable rentals, the minimum rental time is 4 hours. For our 360 photo booth, the minimum rental time is 2 hours. However, we understand that every party is unique and can have different time frames, so we encourage you to reach out to us for specific time frames that fit your party's needs.

What type of power source is required for your rental equipment?Our rental equipment typically requires standard electrical outlets to operate. If your event is taking place in a location without access to electrical outlets, we do offer a generator at an additional cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a generator.

How soon should I book with K and R Entertainment for my party?We highly recommend booking our services as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. By booking sooner than later, we can better accommodate your specific party needs and ensure a successful, stress-free event.

Do I need an attendant for the party rental equipment?An attendant is only required for the 360 Photo Booth rental. However, if you would like an attendant for any of our other rental equipment, it is available at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add an attendant to your rental.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
